Any time, from the dashboard: Settings → Billing → Manage subscription opens Stripe's secure page, where you can also change your card and download invoices. A cancelled subscription keeps working until the end of the period you've paid for, and owners and admins can export your sales and customers at any point.

The limits (500 products, 25 people) are higher than a single shop needs. If you reach them, write to us and we'll raise them for your business.
