Lesson 8 of 9 · 2 min

Walk-ins and customers

A sale doesn't need a name. Add one when they'd like their receipt by email, or when you'd like to know them next time.

  1. Most people at the counter are walk-ins, and that's fine: a sale doesn't need a name. The ticket says Walk-in customer until you add someone.
  2. Who's it for?

To email their receipt, or know them next time, tap Walk-in customer at the top of the ticket. Find someone in the book by name, phone or email, or type a new person's details.
  3. The book never fills up with doubles: the same email or phone joins the person who's already there. Their sales build up on their page under Customers, with how often they come in.
