Automations

Emails that go out by themselves: the receipt, the return confirmation, a thank-you a few days on. Test before you trust it.

  1. Emailing every receipt, every return confirmation and every thank-you by hand? Automations send them for you. They're for owners and admins.

  2. Automation

    Register's own come switched on: Receipt by email on each sale, with the PDF, to customers who gave an email; Return confirmation; and, for your team, emails about returns and voided sales. How was everything? is there for you to switch on.
  3. Starting points sit beside the list, like A sale → ask for a review. Or press New automation: Starts when picks the moment (a sale is rung up, something is brought back, a sale is voided), then add steps: a wait, an email, a WhatsApp, a post to your team's chat.
  4. An email step is written right there in the step: who gets it, the subject, the message and a button. Start from a saved email if you'd rather not begin from blank.

  5. Send me a test

    Once it's saved, press Send me a test and pick a sale: every step runs now and the emails come to you, not the customer. The On switch decides whether it runs for real.
