The Inbox, under Your day in the menu, is where customers' replies land: to their receipt, a return confirmation or a How was everything? email, and WhatsApps to your own number. One conversation per customer. Needs reply is who's waiting on you; press Mark done once it's sorted, and it comes back if they write again.

Same conversation
Write your answer under the conversation and press Send. It goes as a plain, personal email from The Clay Room, and when they press Reply, their answer comes back into the same conversation. Photos and PDFs they send come too.

Customers who email hello@yourstudio.co.uk directly can land here too. Settings → Email → Bring your business email into the Inbox gives you your own forwarding address: forward your Gmail, Outlook, Zoho or iCloud to it. Register never signs in to your mailbox, and newsletters and no-reply senders are left out.
