Receipts: print, email or WhatsApp

Every sale gets a numbered receipt: printed on your till roll, emailed with a PDF, or sent as a WhatsApp link.

  1. Every sale gets a receipt number, counting up from 1001. Sale done offers it however they'd like it: Print receipt, Email receipt or WhatsApp receipt.

  2. On the till roll

    Print receipt prints it on an 80mm till roll: your name and contact details at the top, what was bought, how it was paid, the change, who served and your returns line. Switch on Print every receipt in Settings → Till & payments and it prints by itself.
  3. Email receipt sends it from your business with the PDF attached, and their reply lands in your Inbox. Switch on Ask for an email for the receipt and the payment sheet has a box for it. WhatsApp receipt opens WhatsApp with a short message and a link to their receipt, ready to send.

  4. Sales

    Lost one? Every receipt is on Sales. Open the sale and press Print receipt, Email receipt or Receipt PDF, whenever you need it.
