Lesson 1 of 9 · 3 min

Ring up a sale

Tap or scan what they're having onto the ticket, change a line if you need to, press Charge, and the sale's done.

  1. Till

Tap something on the shelf and it goes on the ticket; tap it again for another. Or find it by name in the search box, or scan its barcode: a USB scanner types the code for you, the camera button reads it with a phone or tablet, or you can type the numbers yourself.
  2. Change this line

Tap a line on the ticket to change it: how many, the price for this sale only, a note like gift wrap, or Take it off the ticket. The product's own price stays as it was.
  3. When it's all on, press Charge. The payment sheet opens with the total: take it by cash, card machine or QR code, and the sale's saved the moment it's paid.
  4. Sale done

Sale done: the stock comes off the shelf, the receipt gets the next number up, and the change to give is in big numbers. Print, email or WhatsApp the receipt, then press New sale, or just Enter, for the next person.
