Lesson 1 of 5 · 3 min

Your customers

Your customer book: everyone you've added at the till, once each, with their sales, their notes and how often they come in.

  1. Customers

Customers, under Your day in the menu, is your customer book: everyone you've added to a sale at the till. The same email or phone always joins the person already there, so nobody's in it twice. Search by name, email or phone.
  2. Quick filters

The quick filters above the list each show a count: Everyone, Regulars who've been in twice or more, New this month, Not been back for those who haven't been in for 60 days, and Not bought yet for people who've written to you but not bought.
  3. A customer's page

Open someone for their story: how to reach them, notes for the team, every sale with its receipt, what they've spent and when they last came in.
  4. Erasing a customer

If someone asks you to delete what you hold about them, an owner or admin opens their page, presses Erase this customer's personal data and types ERASE. Their name, email, phone and notes go for good. Their sales stay, as "Erased customer", because the law has you keep your accounts for about six years.
